1) down dog pushups with elbows wide
2) down dog pushups with elbows straight back
3)dolphin pushups
4) single leg dolphin pushups.
All of these drills can be done together or alone in sets of as few as 3 to as many as you want, the key is to do them! If you do these 3 times a week 3 sets of 8-10 reps, you'll notice a difference in your strength in no time!
